Hey are you interested in saving some money and also want to free from the guilty that you are destroying earth and it resources carelessly than following are the some tips by which you can save both money and earth


Electricity:

• Use C.F.L(compressed florescent lamps) instead of conventional lamps and save electricity up to 65 to 75% as C.F.L. of 25W gave same light as of a 100W conventional lamps , a straight savings of 75%
• Do not put your computer,televisions and music system etc on standby mode as on standby mode or on sleep mode as it continuously consuming electricity while on that mode.
• While purchasing a consumer durable(like t.v. ,fridge etc) should check their electricity consumption by various index a star rating index which is most popular in India in which one star means least efficient and five star means most efficient usage of power.So you can choose wisely you can save a lot
• of energy and money
• If possible use solar water heater instead of conventional electricity or gas water heater although the initial cost of solar water heater is high but with in a some year or so cost of heating water is nil(Note:Government provide low interest loans for these type of products which not only save electricity cost but also help to make environment clean) .
• One another way to reduce cost of electricity by using traditional way of chilling (esp. water) is earthen pot or matka a effective way to cool down the temperature of water at a decent level
  

Fuel:

• One of the best way to save fuel cost effectively is to use public transport (It can solve many problems simultaneously like cost decreases , you beat traffic etc)
• First of all use gas(in cooking) instead of any fuel as it is much cheaper
• Use cooking container proportionally to the amount of food to be cooked as it can reduce the usage of fuel
• Use sim mode of gas to cook food as gas burn properly
  
• At the traffic signal do not put your vehicle engine on ideally for more than 20 sec.
• At least service your vehicle in three month as it also help in maintaining mileage of vehicle as well as reduce wear and tear of parts of engine

Water:

• Check that tap does not have any sort of leakage as a drop size leakage can cost a wastage of 12l of water
• Try to recycle water in purpose of plants (water adulterated with soap not detergent can be used)
